My experience with the shoe department has been extremely disappointing. I went there looking for a pair of shoes and was treated rudely by the shoe salesman. And I wanted to use the fancy machine to see what type of shoe I needed for my type of foot, and I felt that I was treated disrespectfully. The football player looking guy in the department doesn’t want to give you any of his time unless you’re there to buy $200 shoes. At the time I didn’t care until this weekend when my wife and my young daughter went in to buy shoes for her for volleyball. He was extremely disrespectful and rude to them, I informed the manager and was told I would be getting a call back about the situation and never received that call. I state these facts to be true under penalty of perjury of law. I was very unhappy with his service and I will find a way to get in touch with the regional manager. So my wife and I spend a lot of money at docks and public lands I mean probably close to $500 a month on cloths shoes camping gear and baseball gear for our 14 year old son. Today we went there to buy a new Qulo wedding band for me because my last one I bought there broke because of wear and tear from my job operating Harvey equipment and doing construction. We went to also look at cloths and were approached by security as if in we were there to steal things when we are both well kept and Nicely dressed. It was very offensive and caused my wife to get so upset she put back the cloths she was going to buy that added up to at least $250 plus the ring I was buying because of the way we were treated. I’m not sure if we will return to that store because of it and I don’t know how many other people have been treated the same way and left because of it. People should be allowed to shop and not be targeted as thieves...

DICK'S CASH IS WORTHLESS, in my opinion. I had a coupon for $50 Dick's Cash, I invited my daughter to shop with me and she could spend the "cash." We went to our local Dick's with the intention to spend the coupon...Upon entering the store, I asked the cashier what "exclusions apply?" The cashier said the coupons were tricky, just bring our items to her and she could check. After finding out the first few items my daughter picked were NOT eligible for coupon use, we changed our strategy to try and find ANYTHING that was covered. We ended up with some random stuff, and instead of feeling happy to use such a great coupon, I left the store feeling like a shameful cheapskate.
