I USED TO love Kohl's Until I went in to shop one day and decided to pay my bill while there instead of paying online. V I told them what I wanted to do and they told me that I owed $27 for the months. I told them that I owed $94 approximately and Fain sister that my minimum was $27. We went back and forth for a while and I decided I would just pay the $27 for that month. The next month when I got my bill I was charged with so much interest and my bill was over 252 $300 for the month. I called and talked to them about it and told them what had happened and they told me well that's your problem because when you going to pay your bills they don't have access to your account, but how was I to know this when they kept insisting that my minimum payment. Month was for $27. I talked to them for months and kept making $100 a month payments but my balance kept going up higher and higher for the monthly payment until it reached an all-time high of over $500 for the month. There is no way that I can afford that much money for the month to make one payment. So after being told everything was my fault and not theirs and then being told that yes it was their fault but they couldn't fix it, I am now at the point where my account is closing and they have ruined my credit! My income is disability and this is what I ended up with for years of being a very loyal customer and always making my payments on time. So do you wear that if you go into the store to make a payment they do not know what your minimum actually is and one sister it's one thing when it's really another. This had been my favorite store and I will never step foot in there again. Read moreThe Medford, OR Kohls appears to have very little inventory with many shelves bare. I made a return and did not get the full amount I spent on the product with the cost of shipping. I asked the woman at the counter about it and she really had no idea why. I couldn’t find the email for my order but I did have the shipping info for the order. We went round and round about why I didn’t get all of my money back. Finally she called the manager to help her. After explaining the whole story to the manager I finally was fed up. I told her because this is so ridiculous and taking so long I’m going to leave. The manager took charge and said give her a gift card to cover the shipping cost and she threw in a couple of other coupons on top of it. The manager was extremely helpful and walked me through the store and helped me pick out some new bath mats to replace the ones I returned. The cashier JoAnn held them for me. As my friend and I checked out, the kiosk wasn't responding correctly with my friends purchase. Very patiently cashier JoAnn continually worked with my friend for the final result to happen. If it was me I would have been frustrated. Then it was my turn to check out. My phone # wouldn't take so I put in another phone # that didn't take either. Cashier JoAnn said the phone # was to give me points. I said okay to sign me up to get points. Then I changed my mind on points so she cancelled it out. Then my friend used her phone # to give her the points. JoAnn is a trooper! I told her she was awesome and she said it was fun.
