Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Medford

First off, i get followed anytime i go there. Doesn't matter if i have 2 bags from other stores, 8 bags or just started shopping. It's horrible. The girls are rude, and stuck up. They don't make me feel comfortable. Last time i was in there, i had 2 bags from other places, and within not even two minutes, two girls came up and talked to me. And one folllwed me around..i had a 100$ visa card i planned spending there, but every single area i went this girl followed me. I went to a certain underwear she followed me, lotions followed me, and four other sections and even went back to the same places to see if she was following me..and she was. I ended up going and spending it and 3 other stores. Got a lot more stuff then i would have there..that's forsure. But for people that have anxiety/ptsd make them feel more comfortable. If you want to watch someone don't follow them like that. Its SUPER uncomfortable. And i know others this happened to as well. I get you have a job to do, but you can watch me from one place. If you think i have something, then follow me. But i never once picked something up she didn't see me put back. I made sure of that because i don't want to feel followed when i have a hard enough time in the mall which i...

I've been shopping here on and off for years because I like their products, but today they made a regular customer due to their service. I can't accurately describe how incredibly happy I am with their customer service. Long story short I bought a large quantity of items yesterday and then had to return and repurchase this order. Yesterday they had some register problems and gave me a discount due to the inconvenience. Today they not only honored that discount but also gave me a 2nd one due to the fact that some of the items went off sale yesterday so my totaly from today for the exact same items would be the same as what I paid originally. They were extremely helpful and went up & beyond what they needed to do. I have never experienced such caring customer service before at any other store. They handled all of my issues with easy and urgency. I will definitely be recommending this store more often due to their FANTASTIC...

I want to clarify that my review is not directed at Victoria's Secret as a brand, but rather at the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by a staff member named Gianna.

During my visit, I encountered Gianna while trying to select items from a drawer. Instead of assisting me, she continued to restock and fold items, displaying noticeable annoyance and a dismissive attitude as if my presence was an inconvenience.

At the checkout, the uncomfortable experience continued when I was overcharged by $80. When I questioned the charges, Gianna seemed annoyed and only after I politely asked for her name did she acknowledge the issue. She then realized that the current promotion had not been applied and needed to redo the charges and issue a credit to my card.

While there were additional instances of her condescending behavior, I will leave it at this. I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in...
