As I’m writing this I’m still so in shock that it’s over. I wanted it to last forever! When I first arrived I thought 30 minutes was more than enough time. Although, within that time it was still so freaking amazing, I didn’t want it to end! The price for an hour would be so well worth it! As we walked up, Daniel was such a great help! He made the experience extremely warm and welcoming before we even stepped foot on the jet skis. He held all of our personal belongings without a fuss and was so eager to help. When it was our turn to get on, I was still a bit nervous but Jonathan (handsome guy that was) gave us instructions and pumped us up. You can tell he was an expert and veteran at this to say. He surely reassured me that it was nothing. It was like he was the coach who pumped us up before the big game. As we began our experience I was still super nervous. The water had so much depth to it and there were so many instructions that I had to remember. I looked around and I only saw water until BOOM here comes The Amazing Louis flying in to join me! It was like being lost at an amusement park then suddenly reconnecting with one of your brothers (man I love that guy!) AS SOON as I saw him I loosened up and immediately gassed the jet ski and was off. It was my first time but I started doing tricks and mimicking his every move! He made me feel like the water was mine and kept telling me this is what life was about! Louis gave me so much confidence. He said he’s never seen anyone ride the way I did! I needed that boost of confidence and it felt great coming from Louis! S/N: use the backup lever to slow yourself down! Of all the times I have rented a Jetski in Miami, I have never felt as stupid as here. The attention from the reception was good, I rented 30' for $120, which seems to me a robbery for the service they provide. the “supervisor” of the water told me that people had 2 strikes if they did not respect the rules of the buoys and driving between certain buildings on the beach. 10 minutes later he went to look for me in the water and said "follow me" I thought that my time was up and when I checked the time (I had already left) I had thrown myself out for driving in the swimmers area, which was lie and for not respecting the rules in the water. (I have a license and have ridden jetskis like 40 times) The funny thing is that I have never gone faster than 10 mph. The truth is that the first and last time that I go with you. I'm glad to know that they bought so many positive reviews because their 4.8 review stars are fake.

This place is horrible for tourist. If you’re visiting Miami and looking to jet ski this isn’t the place. You can reach the listed phone number on their website. Also, you can’t get a refund after paying. All you can do is reschedule. When you arrive they will tell you to go to boat-ed.com to take and exam structured around boat safety which is good, the only thing is the education course is $20 and has 6 units of material that you have to review to pass the exam. You can go straight to the exam but as a tourist the Boating Certification Exam is a hassle. There is other individuals who encountered worst situations. Please look into another solution that’s more friendlier to tourist and accessible. Horrible business model that they operate that doesn’t...
