We visited this Rooftop yesterday to celebrate a friendās 30th birthday, and sadly, the experience was incredibly underwhelming.
Valet Parking: Right off the bat, valet was $40 cash only, which is excessive, especially when it took over 40 minutes to get our cars back after we were ready to leave. Totally unorganized.
Atmosphere & Seating: The downstairs area was more like a worn-out lounge than a proper venue. No real tables, just āsectionsā with couches that were ripped and in terrible condition. Upstairs wasn't much better ā while there were tables, the couches were still ripped, just not as bad. On top of that, it was unbearably hot. Whatever fans they had running somehow made things worse, just blowing around hot air.
Seating for Our Group: We were a group of 10, but they told us they couldnāt seat us at one table, so we were split into two, which really defeated the purpose of a group celebration.
Service: Our server was unprofessional and clearly not in the mood to be working. It took 45 minutes just to get our drink orders in, and she still got a few wrong. We never got water refills, and after two hours, we still had no food. Not a single update or apology.
Birthday Acknowledgment: There was a DJ downstairs, and when we asked our server if she could let him know it was our friendās birthday so she could get a shoutout, she literally said, "That means I would have to go down there?" ā just lazy and rude.
Overall: Between the outrageous valet, poor atmosphere, heat, ripped furniture, disorganized service, and lack of care from the staff, this was a terrible experience. We left hungry, frustrated, and disappointed. I canāt speak to the quality of the food ā because we never got it ā but I can confidently say this is not a place Iād ever recommend or return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas there on the (friday) night of 9-19-25/9-20-25 to celebrate my birthday. The staff downstairs kindly guided me to the rooftop where I was greeted by other kind staff. I was asked if I wanted a table (free of charge) or a seat at the bar. I decided to sit at the bar A cocktail will run you between $20-$30 A shot of Don Julio cost me $22 a piece ($66 for 3) They had great music and also 2 dancers performing performing dances to latin music. There were screens to watch some sports at the bar. The location is also great with nice views over Ocean Drive and Miami Beach. Later on (around 12:30) I went downstairs to the club part, it was very packed. The DJ played a lot of classic hip-hop tracks and also allowed song requests if you tip a few bucks. The bar downstairs was doing a good job too
I left around 1 am but came back around 1:30, at the start of the night entry is free of charge to "fill the place up". But when I came back it was $20 for the men and women were free of charge, a little sexist but it's whatever. Still had a great time
See attachments for my unhinged self...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA group of eight of us went on a Sunday morning at 1AM, let me start off by saying the food was not good, service was not good, and the music was not good. Our waitress told us it was second night so Iām not going to blame her. We ordered a bottle and it took 40-50 minutes just for it to come out so thatās why I say service is not good. We had considered walking out since our food wasnāt good and we were waiting a very long time for the bottle. I expressed our concern to our waitress and she spoke to her manager and they were able to provide 50% off on all the food we ordered. As far as the music, itās the same music at the restaurant thatās played at the club on the first floor. The speaker wasnāt that great on the rooftop it seemed and the DJ was talking entirely too much and kept shouting someone out...
