Read moreI was really upset that the workers were idiots and did not know of their specific products on the floor in the INC DEPT. I don't care if they're new or old associates, they should be trained properly. Plus I shouldn't be horsing around and talking about personal stuff while checking out customers like myself at the Registers. To top it off the sales representative left the anti-theft devices on both my pants. On the other items they were removed. Unfortunately, I didn't see this till I got back to the hotel and I had a 8a.m. flight the next day and had not enough time to even make it before the stores closed. Someone stuck with two pairs of pants but I can't even wear because they have the anti-theft devices on and I can't get them removed until I go back to the U.S. and to top it off they don't have no one live that will pick up the phones other Macy's location so if you're in need of help, you're out of luck you'll be lucky to maybe get over the phone assistance from their call center. The manager of the store should be ashamed of themselves because I tried every single department for assistance and no one picked up on any single Department not even the curbside pickup. I think there needs to be a change of store managers here because I spent a lot of money here I wasn't...
Read moreThis store has the worst customer service there. I bought these 5 days ago and wanted to return them and they wouldn’t let me because it was damaged on the side due to microscopic scratches you can only see close up, and so when I went to speak to the customer service staff and ask for a manger she asked me “for what?” when I had already told them what the issue was. When the manager finally came some French lady she wouldn’t let me either, and I told her where in the return policy does it say I can’t, and she said “well it is a bit obvious no”. We went back and forth until she tried to threaten security on me rather than just sticking to their policy. I ended up disputing the charge and got my money back. Everyone here is so nasty and rude, and when the original sunglasses employee saw me going to the customer service desk she called them behind my back to tell them to not let me return them no matter what. Disgusting, you’d think the money was going being taken out of her...
