Lost a customer. With a heavy heart, I write to express my decision to sever ties with your salon, despite having been a loyal client for an extended period. It is with great disappointment that I have come to realize that the promises made to me were empty words, and the lack of commitment from the owners has left me feeling betrayed.
As a dedicated customer, I had placed my trust in your salon, believing that loyalty would be reciprocated with tangible benefits, such as the promised discounts. However, my experiences have shown that these assurances were merely a facade. The owners' failure to honor their word has left me with a profound sense of disillusionment and frustration.
It is disheartening to witness the shift in priorities, where the focus seems to have shifted solely to monetary gains rather than genuinely caring for the well-being and satisfaction of their clients. As a loyal customer, I expected to be valued and appreciated, but instead, I was met with broken promises and a growing sense that profit took precedence over customer relationships.
While it saddens me to bid farewell to a salon I once held in high regard, I believe it is essential to surround myself with establishments that prioritize integrity, honesty, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, these qualities seem to have faded away within your salon.
My decision to seek services elsewhere is driven by the desire to align myself with a hair salon that values its clients and upholds its promises. It is my hope that this feedback will serve as an opportunity for the salon's owners to reflect on their practices and reconsider the importance of...
Read moreInexperienced, and how the salon handled it was unprofessional. I came in for a sew in move up (150) she put about 30+ beads for a single row. Half of the beads werenât even sewn onto. Not to mention the string used was waaaaay too thick. It was extremely uncomfortable from the start and she didnât know how fo properly secure the wefts on the sides so it was bulky by my ears. The install was way too low. The stylist was asking me where to put the weft. Like girl you went to school for this not me. It was uneven too. Having me hold my own hair while she sectioned because she didnât have clipsâŠ. Night one was the most painful sleep Iâve ever had they were way too tight. So I messaged the salon the following morning saying hey this wasnt installed properly could you please help me find a solution to which they said 50% of the service would be refunded which was fine. Until 2 days later and the weft is literally falling out of my head. So I asked them for a full refund since the service wasnât properly provided. Like I totally okay with the 50% if I was able to keep it in for a true 6 weeks. But weâre like 4 days in and its falling out. Which they wouldnât refund me for the full service. If your not able to provide the proper service then I should be getting a...
Read moreThe only hair salon I trust in the U.S.
This is hands down the best hair salon in Miamiâperiod. Iâm Asian with long, thick hair, and almost no one in the U.S. knows how to cut it right. I used to just wait until I flew back to South Korea to see my guy there.
But ever since I found Maddy, Iâve stopped waiting. Heâs honestly the only person I let touch my hair here. Iâve followed him since he was at Sean Donaldson, and now that heâs opened his own place? Even better.
The new salon is beautifulâsuper spacious, clean, and has this calm, high-end vibe without being pretentious. It's right on Alton in South Beach, and yes, thereâs actual parking (a miracle in South Beach). So easy and convenient.
And while Maddy is amazing with Asian hair, heâs honestly great with all hair types. Every person I see leaving that place looks like a hair commercial.
If you're picky about your hair like I am, this is the one and only place you need. So happy he opened his own spotâIâm never going...
