I am writing to show my gratitude to the manager/owner of the AT&T store in Miami Beach at 1517 Alton Road. I remember the first time I went there, a lady rushed out of his store with a big smile âthey are really greatâ. While I was shopping at the store the same lady came back with a big box of donuts and said, âI have never been treated so nicely as a customer.â I want to share my experience that made me really feel what a good customer service is and why they are âreally greatâ. Last January I had a horrible experience with AT&T that made me think itâs time to switch to a new service provider, after 15 years. I spent hours on the phone to solve the problem, but I didnât get anywhere. Before giving up, I returned to this store and asked for help. When I went there, he listen to my story carefully and reassured me not to worry and that he would do his best to solve the issue. He really did it! This person is without a doubt, the most disrespectful person we have ever encountered, and we work in logistics. So, that is really saying something to those who know anything about such industry.
Mrs. Nadie basically told us âthe only thing I can do here is sell you things, I truly understand your frustration but, byeâ after I told her how serious this matter is to us right now.. Sadly, Lina, and Chris who are always so helpful were too busy with others to assist, and they have countless times done more than just âsellâ.

   Read moreMy customer service at this store location was terrible. A sale associate who name is Nadia treated me terribly. In addition, she was speaking at a tone as if I was stupid. Furthermore, while explaining to her how my phone was no longer working she then proceeded to tell me the customer who was service before me personal business. Nadia proceeded to tell how the customer lost their identification and how they could not get into their Gmail. she then continue and said " it not just you" basically comparing my situation and the customer before me situation implying that the customer before me situation was far worst. I do not need to know another customer personal business when trying to get my phone situated. Moreover, Nadia then proceed to tell me how customer have been yelling at her all day and blaming her about their phone.
