**A Must-Visit in Miami Beach - PineCrest Café** If you're on Alton road and 15 St looking for an authentic taste of Cuban-American culture with a delightful twist, PineCrest Café is the place to be. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, with a spacious and cozy setup that makes you feel right at home, whether you're there for a quick bite or a leisurely tea session. I decided to explore their extensive tea collection, which did not disappoint. Each sip was an experience in itself, perfectly complementing the vibrant atmosphere of the café. But the real stars of the menu are the empanadas and Cuban crackers - an array so vast and delicious, you'll want to try them all. From savory to sweet, each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise behind the scenes. Now I have another cool spot on SB besides Atelier Monnier, the French Bakery for super croissant and French authentic quiches or for the amazingly priced wines. What's more, PineCrest Café caters to all times of the day with its 24-hour service. Whether it's a midnight craving for their famous cakes by the slice or a morning coffee with some freshly squeezed juice, they've got you covered. They offer a wide variety of beverages, including beers and sodas, ensuring there's something for everyone. The service at PineCrest Café truly stands out, thanks to Jennifer and her co-worker. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in their warm smiles, attentive service, and genuine care in making every visitor feel special. Jennifer's knowledge about the menu and her recommendations made my experience even more enjoyable. Their efficiency with orders, whether you're dining in or opting for delivery through Uber Eats, GrubHub, Postmates, or DoorDash, is commendable. If you're planning a birthday celebration or just want a slice of cake to brighten your day, PineCrest Café has an impressive selection of cakes that are not only visually appealing but also delicious. In conclusion, PineCrest Café on Alton combines great food, a warm ambiance, and exceptional service. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in Cuban-American flavors and more with a touch of local charm. Thank you, Jennifer and team, for an unforgettable experience!

NO sure what has happened with this location, I have visited multiple times for years, but today the Server at the counter was more focused on her mopping that any else. I told her 2 sandwiches, egg, bacon, and cheese, but she walked away and continue her mopping, then minutes later she asks If I was done looking at the menu board. I told her before you left, I was telling you my order, but you walked away. Then she responded I was giving you time, we were just back and forward like I was bothering her during her cleaning duties, bcs of the vibe I took my food, waited 20 mins. but coño $9 for a sandwich I understand inflation and the economy is expensive this was a SAD sandwich, then she serves my coffee, but dont say anything just left it at the counter and walks away, also asked for extra sugar she's just pointed a box. I was the only one there i will understand if there were more people, but the morning there was no one there.

This morning I paid $10.50 for their standard breakfast plate which includes eggs, toast and a cafe con leche; the below picture is what I got. It literally looked like one egg, highly disappointed. I also want to mention, I'm a Miami resident, born and raised. I previously lived near their Bird Road location and loved the service and staff. Their standard breakfast platter was around $6.00 (with tip). I recently moved to the beach, I work off of the same salary as before just a different location and I noticed that for the same breakfast platter, it's double the price and comes out to almost $11.00, not to mention look at the amount of eggs they gave me. Will not be returning to their Miami Beach location ever again, if they want to cater to residents versus tourists, they should take this into consideration because they are losing what used to be a very loyal customer.

The family had just arrived from Dallas and drove into South Beach. Having never been here be aware that the drivers speed and are not courteous. Scary when you have a family surrounded by rude drivers and your beholden to Google Maps for directions. The family was starving and we were happy that our one year old hadn't mutated into a Zombie screeching for food. Looking at the area, you know youre gonna drop some cash eating. Arriving late we just pulled into a strip mall since parking was at a premium with all the Ferraris and Lamborghinis going up and down. The parking lot is small and not good for large vehicles. The Cafe brought images of burgers and sandwiches yet it was more guided to regional hispanic sandwiches. As you see in other reviews , the ladies were semi positive yet for sure could have been nicer. We asked questions and placed order yet that wasn't a success. The phily cheesecake was good and had flavor. The portion of meat kind of low. The Monte Cristo wasn't dipped in oil as we are accustomed but it was ok. I had the empanadas that were lacking in flavor. The other comments are true dealing with the deserts all were good just 4 leches way too sweet. At the end, the ladies began to be more positive. The meals was approximately $60 with tip. I wouldn't make it a top choice but if you have to...

This is the worst bakery in the beach!! I order everytime from ubereats and this is not the first time I order from here. To say the least they are extremely rude and need to switch staff. Stay away from here highly suggest. One night I ordered through uber eats toast, batido, and flan. First the toast was hard as a rock I was trying to eat it since I did not want to complain normally never do. But when the food is baD i will raise hell. The batido came all watery and was not even sealed like other restaurants seal their drink. To make it worse the bag was open not even closed!!!!! This is disgusting they have no sanitary rules!!!!! Went next morning to claim and the lady said the toast was half eaten well of course if i did not want to compain!!!!! But I the end I had to it was disgusting. If anything dont order from Ubereats here. She said she was gonna call the cops all cause I wanted a fresh tostada!!!! At the end it was given to me with a fight!!!! I will not order in none of pinecrest and will take my business else where. Do not come here!!!! BTW in miami beach not too much cuban live here so dont really know how these cuban food should taste will they think is good there is better thats worth to spend. Sooo dont order here from...
