This location has some amazing staff Juan for example has been a great help for the past few years since day one he has been professional, & knowledge he has never made me feel rushed also has never made me feel like they were taking to long to get a order ready it's a efficiently run dispensary he deserves five stars alone he knows the products in and out he has educated me on many of the the items offered I feel fortunate to have him at the sobe location also joe is another helpful staff member he has been working at the store awhile now as well he's very efficient at getting people helped when the store gets busy he is very aware of make sure people are being helped I like that people who work at the store tend to stick around it's nice to know who I'm talking to when deciding what I want and they have now had dion working the store for a good bit and he his friendly helpful very attentive you can tell he cares about helping the people in the dispensary feel welcome and taken care of right away his personality is very authentic and definitely friendly inviting to where you would want to come Back who ever did the staffing for the store did a great job as far as the products go quality is consistent through all of the available medicine routes I rember like it was yesterday many years ago getting to try a cbn patch and a coral reefer I was amazed by both & the quality was clearly a step Above the other dispensaries in soflo they have stayed in my top three favorite places to get my meds I'm stoked to see what else they bring us I have to say all though the store has some great things going on I am not happy that they have raised the price 5 bucks for the second time since I have been a fl Patient on the disposables so it's ten bucks more now then it once was to start and they have not made any improvements to the products to rationalize the price increase again to be raised I can't think of any other dispenser that has raised a price not even once but this dispensary has done it twice thats outrages in my opinion especially after you have taken away the points reward system and keep raising the price on disposables I'd rather you come out with a new product that it's stronger or better in some way and charge more then just simply raising it again with no actual noticeable improvement it's ok that you are charging 40 it's not ok that u have not made it worth more as you are now collecting more from it I hope you guys take a look at this and ask yourselves why this ok this is not a recreational product it's someones medicine...

UPDATE: Went to Deerfield beach location nearly 2yrs later and they still have me banned! OZ, Chad, and Castro are no longer part of the company, though Brandon the manager as usual with this company had no clue. Only thing said was leave the property. I will pass this on again to the veterans I work with. Your company doesn't deserve their hard earned money they get now to live on for your TRASH! Care to change my opinion corporate please feel free to call me. Trash company because of Millenials hiring only their friends.

This review has nothing to do with the actual store or the wonderful people who work their at the Miami Beach store. They are all extremely pleasant, helpful, and more than accommodating. Though Be aware! Never complain or question anyone on the phone with customer service. Especially a supposed supervisor. They will close your account. Ignorance is such an amazing thing. When educated if you just knock on veterans doors unannounced you might not be greeted as kindly as expected they take it as a threat. Cowardly. Again Millenials don't care about others. Convenience for themselves. Almost certain with only two stores in an area of South Florida saturated with competitors word of mouth is all that is needed. Truely amazing! Hate having to leave this. Their medicine is real. Their delivery service and customer service on the phone needs to change for the better because it will be the downfall of what should have been a...

I have had my medical card since nearly the beginning of the program in the state. I have visited around 10 or 12 different dispensaries from probably 7 of the companies who participate. All of my experiences have generally been pleasant but today I had such an excellent time from the moment I walked in the door that I needed to write this review.

As soon as I came in, Josh at the front desk greeted me warmly with a huge smile. "We've been waiting for you!", he said. I was almost caught off guard by how friendly of a welcome I received, but that tone remained throughout the experience. Melissa came over and asked if I was picking up an order with a big smile too and the three of us were laughing and chatting about random things immediately. Melissa took me over to Mike behind the counter who was just as friendly and welcoming as Josh and her had been a moment earlier. Mike quickly packaged my order while we discussed the strain I was getting and some of the incredible sales Surterra is offering today.

This was a simple and quick set of interactions. I couldn't have been in the store for more than 3 or 4 minutes in total but these three team members all made me feel like a VIP the entire time. I will absolutely be coming back here for as many future purchases as I can! Thank you Josh,...
