I recently had the pleasure of embarking on an unforgettable boat ride, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The booking process was incredibly professional, easy, and flexible. I was able to secure our reservation hassle-free, thanks to the helpful and accommodating staff. They made sure to cater to our preferences and ensured everything was in place for our special day on the water.

Captain Russ and the lovely host, Rebecca, truly made the journey extraordinary. Russ's expertise and skill at navigating the boat instilled a sense of confidence and tranquility throughout the trip. He knew the waterways like the back of his hand, and we felt safe under his capable guidance.

The boat itself was in impeccable condition, well-maintained, and provided ample space for all 12 of us to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

A little late on my review, but better late than never 😊.

Where do I start… Booking with MiamiVIPYatchs the experience from beginning to end was wonderful with Laura and Maria, to Captain Joe and Mia.

I reached out to Captain Joe to ask where we should park. He was very nice and friendly and provided us with the necessary information. When we arrived at the yacht, Captain Joe and Mia were there to greet and welcome us, helping us on board. Mia quickly started setting up the food. Captain Joe asked where we wanted to tour, and we went with his recommendation—which didn’t disappoint. Mia made sure that everyone was taken care of. The interaction with Captain Joe and Mia was exceptional. We docked, and Captain Joe rolled out the floating mat and also provided the water scooter. This was a hit with everyone in the water. We really enjoyed it. After our stop, Mia and Captain Joe set up the cake for us to sing “Happy Birthday” to my niece. The sunset was beautiful and a great way to end the day. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding.

Mia is a keeper—sweet, professional, with a great attitude. She’s simply amazing. Captain Joe’s knowledge of the Miami area was incredible.

Needless to say, everyone had a wonderful time, and they’re already asking when we can go again (lol).

Hey Laura. Sorry it took me so long to reach out to you, the party continued once we got back to Cleveland, and was so exhausted and still got more busy with my work.

But I’d like to give you a BIG Thanks for taken care of us and accommodation our needs for the yatch. We had so much fun on the yatch and the crew members were amazing to us. The lady server was always on time with the re-up drinks and they were fun to talk to they were dancing with us as well. The captain was the man. He gave us a show on the jet skis. It was an amazing experience.

The whole time we were there we were satisfied with all Miami had to offer from the 5br 4-1/2 ba Air bnb with the pool, jacuzzi, with a arcade games, fire pit, outside grill area, pool table, basketball court, the service from the caterer preparing and serving us an amazing brunch with lamb chops etc., the cake lady with the awesome cake, the multi mixed colored chocolate covered strawberries, the cupcakes, the balloon setup, the party bus. You guys with the Miami experience made us feel so grateful and we appreciate that.
