Racist experience! Ive been here many times and never had an issue buying anything. I asked the worker to remove the tags off clothes. He told me I needed to ring it up. It was. He said I needed to pay. I was in the middle of paying and asked him to remove it . He told me no. I had to give him the receipt even though he stood behind me the entire time. Watched me ring it up and wouldn’t help me speed the process up. I had to pay, give him the receipt and then wait for him to come back even though he knew I was waiting for him. I watched him remove the tag of other customers who were all white before they even paid! It was ridiculous I had to wait 5 minutes for him to come back, check my receipt before he even removed the tags. He watched me like I was a thief the whole time and when I needed him he walked away.

Read moreI left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later.
I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing
UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you...

I’m not from from here i tried to validate my card in the kiosk upstairs but it was down.. he said, they got there cards validated and he was there to check it.. i don’t mind paying to park, but i don’t like mistreatment.. then he lied. Up stairs it says if you’re there for 1 hr you get a free validation. I mentioned that, he said well how long was you there i said 5 minutes. He says oh well it charges every 30 minutes.
