Miami Tours And Water Adventures — Local services in Miami Beach

I don't typically post reviews but had a terrible experience with Miami Tours and Water Adventures so did want to warn others. Beware the prices online and triple confirm everything discussed with this company.

I booked a reservation for Memorial Day Weekend based on the availability listed online. When Felipe called to confirm, he confirmed the wrong date with me. He also asked me to be "discreet" when coming to the dock because they are trying to avoid attention due to COVID regulations. I thought this was highly unusual and pretty uncomfortable for a company to ask a customer to do.

After correcting the date with him, he did apologize for getting the date wrong and said we were all set for Memorial Day Weekend. However, the next day he called me and said we would have to pay an additional $500 above what was posted on the website or they would cancel the reservation. I said I would think it over, and when I called him back I stated that we couldn't do the additional $500 but were happy to move our reservation start from 11am to 9am so that they could fit another group in the afternoon.

Two days later he called me back to confirm our 4:30pm departure. 4:30pm was never discussed and he refused to honor the departure time and price listed on the website that was confirmed over our initial phone call. I mentioned they should update their website to include holiday pricing/make their quotes accurate, and he said they were going to (but you should definitely double check and get anything in writing that you can).

Second time in Miami and there was no way I was leaving without going Jet Sking. The only issue was that my girlfriend and I has a flight to make and the only way we could’ve gone Jet Sking the day of would be if someone came and picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Not sure why he did it, but Felipe fulfilled our request at NO EXTRA COST. My girlfriend explained the urgency of really wanting to go Jet Skiing for my birthday and how it’s something that I always wanted to do.

Needless to say we did it and it was an incredible experience. Felipe handed us off to an incredible Instructor/Tour Guide (pains me that I forgot his name, but he was 5 Stars at his job) He had great energy. Very Informative and Could sense when Jessica and I were feeling uncomfortable.

The only kicker was that I asked the gentlemen giving us a tour if he could take photos and he had mentioned “no problem, we always take pictures of everyone” — he failed to mention that that would be an additional cost. But, I can not lie — as a social media driven Millennial, I thought the Photos & Videos that he captured were worth every dollar. First time I went Jet Skiing and I wanted someone to capture it and he over achieved with timeless photos of my girlfriend and I that will last a lifetime.

Once the 1-Hour class wrapped, Felipe was waiting for us in the parking lott. He got us back to our hotel with enough time to grab a late dinner and catch our faith with 45mins to spare.

If the 1-Hour Tour is too pricey for you they have a 30-min option. REGARDLESS, WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND PAYING THE PREMIUM. I had a great time and felt safe...

Hello, I am adding my response to your response. I have signed up the waiver forms already and waited for 30 mins to complete the process once again for Jet ski. As per conversation just one sign form sign is enough for the entire activities. but the jet ski you have send 2 companies which took 20 mins to complete the form and boarding process.. they took the ski away within 30 mins from the last person who signed the form. 1 pm to 4pm is the slot for all the activities. Jet ski involved 2 companies and boats are diffferny company which caused so many times calls to you. Among 5 jet skies only one person used 1 hour.. you should have told each company we need to show ID and sign the forms. Even they told me make a payment again after I paid fully many miscommunication for each activity and it's dream vacation as a friend group and ended with frustration and disappointments. Hope you can understand our situation. After the trip I have texted you that the trip is complete mess but you have not responded to me. But in the review response you are asking to contact through mobile.

Here you go.. I booked for 5 Jet Skies and for an hour and 1 tubing for an hour. They had started arguing and stopped us in 30 Mins of jet skies and then they tubing also 30 mins.
