Murano Grande — Local services in Miami Beach

I lived in this building for the past 4 years. I absolutely loved it! The building has a great location in the south of fifth street district, walking distance to the shops, restaurants, clubs, nightlife, beaches, and is backing the Miami Beach marina and boardwalk. The management really keeps the building in the utmost condition. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The valet staff goes above and beyond their duties. Thank you, Kerry and Geraldo for your exceptional service! The restaurant, Terra, at the pool is amazing and nice pool service too. Nice place to live but horrible management team. The "Amenities manager" Gabriel is always on his phone, really doesn't do anything at his job. and constantly firing employees for no apparent reason. And Some People who live there are also rude to employees who work there. Not a good look for that Building and Management. I wouldn't like to work there nor live there...
