ZERO STARS - Absolutely appalling "yacht" experience - AVOID! Booked a "yacht" cruise through Marriott Bonvoy and it was a disaster from start to finish. First, they changed our 2pm booking to 3:30pm the day before, blaming poorly synced websites. Arrived at 3:30pm on Sunday, August 31st only to be told by a rude dock attendant that a real yacht costs $3000, not the $900 we paid (despite our confirmation clearly stating "yacht"). After a 20-30 minute delay, we were finally directed to board what can only be described as a floating garbage barge. Dirty cups, open wine bottle, used towels, a literal toilet (not a bathroom) below deck, and a trash bag overflowing with garbage - disgusting! False advertising on Marriott Bonvoy, terrible customer service, and unsanitary conditions. Demanding a full refund and will take further action if necessary. There are a lot of geeat reviews here and we would have loved to leave one as well. I can say that Captain Tupac seemed nice and I do not believe the santization duties are on him as the owner should have people resdy to clean snd sanitize these vessels in between clients. So sad that people value money over customer service and providing great...
