Rema and Adam are thieves!! I went in on 2/17/24 to exchange my 2 rings for the correct size. I left my rings with Rema. She told me I would get a call in a week when my rings were in stock. Weeks have gone by and I never got any calls from them, I called them myself and they told me they canât replace my rings if I donât have my original rings I purchased!! I spoke with the manager Adam and told him I left my rings with his employee and he said itâs company policy that they would never do that. I told him to check his cameras and he lied and said his cameras donât go back that far. It has only been about 30 days at this point. So I took this to the Better Business Bureau, and it still took weeks after that to get a conclusion. Robert from Hannoush Corp called me and told me I could go in store to get rings I like for similar price. When I get to the store, the rings that I ordered are there but they have them in an 8 instead of 7.5. I took home the 8 even though I waited THREE MONTHS for 7.5, I am tired of dealing with these scamming people. Iâll take my rings to a better, legit jewelry store to fit my finger securely....

Lab grown or real diamonds which I asked "what's the difference". "Oh lab grounds are cheaper and you get the bang for your buck. Then he proceeded to sell me lab grown studs for $6k leaving out a lot of information such as they have no resale value. I gave them my phone number to send me a receipt by phone and email. They didn't. This is the most scaming jewelry store I have listed because those same diamonds I ask for at another place was offered to me for $500. I'm a truck driver... so I'll either go to the store and hope they find the serial number on it to trade in or bring it up to a lawsuit. This was devastating. I don't if it's part of the work policy but you should definently tell your client every information that they need to know and also send them their receipt. The audacity to sit there and call yourselves professionals. You're crooks. And so is this company if they allow this to happen without...

It was after 7 pm there were only too ladies in there. One was talking to a customer. The other one I seen her look at me before I had to ask for help. Both ladies looked at me. But said nothing. No one should get treated like that in any business whether they like you or not. Especially when other customers walk in after you. And there treating them way better then they treated you...
