As the previous reviewer stated, DO NOT STAY HERE!
The property is disgusting, After a 10 hour flight to Miami, the least you expect is to arrive to a clean, warm property.
This property is neither. The sheets had hair, stains and dirt in and on them, including the blanket. Unit 2 has no privacy from the courtyard, a blind that doesn’t fully cover the window so people can see in to the room and light comes in as soon as the sun rises.
You can also hear everything, and I mean everything from people talking, walking, snoring so if you value your hygiene and peace do not stay here.
Additionally the property manager is a liar, making promises to resolve the issues by saying a cleaner would come on that same day to clean and change the bedding, and then after us agreeing with him that we would not stay there due to the disgusting conditions, we had agreed a 50% refund once we found another property and he even lied about this, offering only 1 nights refund.
Do not be fooled by the cheaper price and pictures, unless you want to stay in dirty, noisy and cold rooms (in January).
The air con in the room is very old and very noisy.
I CAN ONLY SUGGEST NOT STAYING HERE!
We got a deal at a slightly higher rate at Arlo Wynwood, which is an amazing hotel, with great facilities.
Unless you wish to stay in a dirty hostel (which is effectively what this is) avoid it by all means and do not be fooled by the friendly property manager, he is friendly in person but a...
Read moreI would avoid this rental. Felt like we were scammed, photos look great but in reality it’s not upkept, the place is dirty with dead bugs and roach, pillows were on the floor in the closet and stained, blankets stained. We had requested towels and sheets for 3 people prior to arriving and those weren’t there, they took hours to respond, we missed dinner reservations as we couldn’t bathe, we had to go through AirBnB and dealt with the matter but throughout our 4 days there they basically harassed us at random hours to respond to them and tell Airbnb everything is ok (we already did that first night, Airbnb wanted to speak with them directly but it seemed like the hosts were trying to avoid that) they threatened to change the door codes on us (Airbnb said this was illegal). It wasn’t an easy stay and that put a lot of stress on our trip. This was the worst host I’ve ever dealt with for multiple reasons. In hindsight we should have just moved locations but we thought we were done dealing with issues after that first night. I would avoid these people and this rental if you want to enjoy your trip comfortably. They also tried to charge us a cleaning fee saying we left the place a mess but we had taken photos upon leaving (to protect ourselves) and their claim was dismissed. They...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of hosting a tea ceremony at Abati, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The space is beautifully designed, creating a serene and professional atmosphere that was perfect for our event. Veronica was ensuring that every detail was taken care of, which allowed our ceremony to proceed smoothly and without any interruptions.
In addition to being an excellent venue for events, abati is also ideal for working. The workspaces are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the environment is both inspiring and conducive to productivity. The layout is thoughtfully planned, providing ample space for both collaboration and individual work.
Whether you're looking to host an event or find a comfortable and efficient place to work, I highly recommend abati It's a versatile space that meets a variety of needs with grace and...
