I had a fantastic experience at REMEMBr restaurant, and much of the credit goes to the exceptional waitress, DAYARA! I was greeted with a smile and a warmth that made all the difference! DAYARA is an outstanding professional, and her ability to communicate with customers is remarkable; she not only perfectly understood my needs and preferences but also made amazing recommendations that made the meal even more special. Her competence and attention to detail are unparalleled. At no point did I feel neglected or rushed, and it’s evident that she has experience in what she does. Additionally, her knowledge of the menu and Brazilian culture further enriched my experience! It’s hard to imagine REMEMBr without DAYARA’s excellent service. She not only elevates the level of service but also creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home. Without a doubt, she is a great asset to the restaurant. The atmosphere upon entering the restaurant was very cozy and welcoming. I am not Brazilian but coming into this place was like going back to my home country and feeling right at home. The service was very quick and friendly. The appetizer the Picanha was absolutely delicious. It comes with thick juicy cuts of beef on a fajita like platter along with roasted garlic, onions, tomatoes and potatoes. For the main dish, the Brasileirinho, I ordered it with a milanesa steak. It was delicious, crunchy and flavorful. It came with some of the best rice ive has. Light and fluffy with a garlic undertone that matched well with the beans that came with the dish. For dessert, the Rabonada, it was a warm cinnamon bread with dulce de leche and a scoop of ice cream on top.
