We enjoyed the mean & lean acai bowl. It was sweetened with honey, as we were told it was not sweet so we asked to blend in the side of honey it comes with. It ended up being very sweet. We were looking for a fresh acai bowl, not a sweet treat but we sort of got both. The customer service was awful so we did not leave a tip. The lady at the register was texting on her phone as she was facing us at the register, while we were waiting to say our orders. There was also a lady behind us waiting to say her order as well, confused if we had ordered yet or not. All of us were just waiting on this woman to be done texting. She then took my order as she was still typing a text, and told me I should probably get something else as the mean & lean bowl is their healthiest bowl & it is not as sweet as another one they have on their menu. Not sure what gave her the impression that I wasn’t interested in their healthiest bowl. I was truly more annoyed by her texting the whole time and not even looking up at us. She then gave me my acai bowl to go, and my girlfriends acai bowl for here. We both said for here. She was too busy texting to hear me say for here, not to go. My girlfriend’s bowl had much more fruit even though we got the same thing, so if after reading this you still want to come here, definitely get a bowl for here to avoid being ripped off on the fruit portions. Not vegan. Mean. Bad vibe. Bad service. Uncomfortable. Really bad energy. Extremely unfriendly to dogs. Dont recommend this place. Mean service. Not Puppy Friendly. Veterinarian is next door my puppy was 4 hours in the veterinarian I stopped by for 10 mins my puppy wanted to pee again, he is 4 months old! I was super nice asking them for the right absorbent paper to clean it myself, they gave me a regular napkin and then the woman with black hair I believe the manager started shouting unnecesary words and telling and talking about my puppy talking about the puppy like of it was the worst being on earth saying ”puppies that aren't educated rent welcomed to her juice bussiness”. A 4 month old puppy!! People like her shouldn't be welcomed, what a terribly mean person. People like her shouldn't be allowed to have dogs, but I supposed she never had one. How can someone dislike a puppy at this level? What kind of person? Employees there may be not compatible with animal lovers and we are never coming back. Updated review after a year: Despite some variable experiences the first few visits, I found myself coming back here regularly because the bowls are just SO GOOD. The ladies here are the nicest people, and sometimes just get overwhelmed when it's busy. DON'T FORGET: the best way to experience this place is to order ahead, and it will be pretty reliably ready within 10 min (+/- 2 min). Overall, 4 stars because it really does cost quite a pretty penny. Best item on the menu: PB Grind bowl. You're welcome. :)

It’s delicious. It’s also extremely slow and inefficient. 1st time: ordered in store. Was the only customer there. Smoothie took ~15 min. 2nd time: ordered in-store. 2 other people sitting outside waiting for their smoothies. Açaí bowl took ~20 min. 3rd time: ordered ahead. Estimated ready time was 10 minutes. Got there and there was one other customer in the shop waiting for their bowl. Asked and told not ready. Waited an additional 10 min for total of 20. Asked again and they discovered it was sitting in some other fridge.
