El Churrascaso Grill Wynwood — Restaurant in Miami

I visited this grill and barbecue place, and overall, I wasn’t too impressed. The place itself was just okay—nothing particularly special. However, what really stood out to me, unfortunately in a negative way, was the attitude of the man at the register, who I believe was Cuban. His service was quite dismissive and unfriendly, which left a bad impression.

Customer service is a key part of the dining experience, and I truly believe that this establishment should work on being more welcoming and courteous to their guests. A friendly attitude goes a long way.

As for the food, the taste in relation to the price didn’t quite meet expectations. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not great either. I love and hate this spot. I've never stepped foot in the place. I only order UberEats from here. The meat is fantastic. Sides are great. BUT - AND A BIG BUT - every single freakin time I order they can't figure out how to send the sauces. There's a bogo special on UberEats. They NEVER SEND THE SAUCES. There's chimichuri for the meat, a garlic sauce for the sweet potato fries and a dressing for the salad. How difficult is it to send x2 sauces for x2 orders? Sometimes they send x1 sauces. Sometimes no sauces at all. How much money could you possibly be saving by skimping out sauces? Are you serious? Holy moly guys. Figure out this sauce debacle and you'll run the world. FIGURE IT OUT. SEND ME MY SAUCES.

If you're a meat eater and enjoy parrilladas well this is a place to try. Tucked in at a backyard I only found this thanks to Yelp and I'm glad I did. Food trucks have been killing it lately around here and this one is no exception. This is one of many hidden gems in this area and now one of my faves when I'm craving a nice parrillada. My boy and I got the 2lb combo of chicken, sausage, tenderloin, churrasco and picanha and we were not disappointed not one bit. Perfectly cooked medium tenderloin and churrasco, bacon wrapped pork, sausage and picanha on point, tostones and French fries for sides. Everything was cooked to right temperature as ordered and super juicy quality meats. Staff was super friendly...
