Weakest manicure I ever had. I came yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for a rubber gel manicure because that’s what I’m used to do in other nails salon as my nails are thin and can break easily. Rubber gel usually works great for me. Except yesterday the nail prosthesist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I got the nails done yesterday and I’m feeling my nails bending, ready to break everytime I touch something. When she was doing the nails, I told her that it was too weak but she didn’t listen, told me 1 layer was enough as I would have 2 layers of gel on top. I scheduled a nail appointment with them two days in advance for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:25 PM, only to be told that my appointment had been “crossed” with someone else’s and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. They assured me they’d call when the nail technician was ready.

After 40 minutes with no update, I went back to check, only to find the technician working on someone else entirely. When I mentioned my 4:30 appointment, she asked if I was a regular. I explained that I wasn’t but had booked my appointment days ago. There was no one else available, so I ended up leaving. It was clear they had no interest in accommodating or satisfying me as a customer, seemingly because I’m “not a regular.” Waisted 1 hour and a half of my day waiting...

I loved this place! My daughter, had a huge knot 3 months ago which lead to hair loss. Her hair was very uneven and desperately needed a haircut. We came here today and it was one of the best haircuts she’s ever had! First, when washing her hair, the workers were very gentle and kind towards which made her feel very comfortable. Then when they cut her hair, they made it exactly like the inspiration photo! They did a great job blow drying it as-well. It lasted all day. I can’t even express our happiness.
