So id start with the argument that stir fry , by its meaning is a dish that is fried, not “SOUP COOKED-BOILED-Whatever that was-” , so the meat is supposed to be FRIED IN A PAN, not cooked like a soup, which is what I received with a promise of a stir fried Udon.
When asking to get something else that’s actually stir fried, the boss told me that he can’t exchange my meal because he believes this is a stir fry and he made it “ how I asked”
(Again, specifically asked the worker what is similar to padthai and stirfried and they offered this dish , and told me it has a peanut butter sauce- when somebody says you expect it to mean some sort of sauce, but not to be in soup like consistency . I understand it took me a while to ask, but I’m bad with confrontations, so I waited.
But the meat is boiled thus the texture is different , asking for fried and receiving boiled beef .
Meat was good I’ll give that, but I felt mislead with what I expected- what I got.
When asking to change they said no, paid for my dish poured out the sauce and took it home to fry it..
Needless to say the beef ramen was good , the poke is good , the stir fry ramen was good for my friends, but just the experience of being told “it is what it is” is bad service -
whether it’s from the boss’s side or from the workers and even a customer tells you that the dish is not to their liking and they’re asking to change it. Why would you not go their way? I’m not asking for a refund just to get my money’s Worth.
Don’t know if the workers didn’t explain to the boss the issue-He wasn’t English speaking- or it’s him that...

They walked me through the extensive menu, helped me create my own Poke Bowl and were extremely attentive as I sat to eat as well.
Great little spot for a quick treat, they had good wifi so I was able to knock out some work in between meetings and the food portions are great for the price! They offer indoor and outdoor seating and it is well maintained.
Lots of locals stopped by while I was there which is always a good sign!
Some of the toppings weren’t the absolute freshest but I can imagine how difficult that must be to maintain with cost of goods these days! Not bad though and definitely better than other places overall.
They have a great range of bases, proteins, veggies, toppings and more! I only had a poke bowl but will be back to try the Boba and maybe other things on their menu.
Last thing, I did get lost trying to find it! The gps takes you inside the little mall complex but it is actually located right off the street. Google D’Oro Cafe and you’ll see it...

After trying poke from Seattle, California, New York, London, and even Hawaii — this might be my favorite place.
Pros: almost unlimited toppings with more variety than most places. First time having cream cheese w poke and it surprisingly paired well the fact they provide sushi rice as an option, that it was actually cooked well salmon and unagi were 👍, unagi was marinated well and salmon tasted fresh there are a variety of sauces and they were good, I like the wasabi, sriracha Mayo, and house sauce the fruit were actually sweet and ripe, like the mango they’re not stingy w their scoops great customer service complimentary lemon water beautiful high quality reusable bag!! (Still amazed) fairly priced, it’s a large bowl for $16 including tax. We shared between two ppl
Cons: bathroom was ok but not the cleanest some of the toppings like green onions looked like they might...
