I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at Babyface Med Spa - Patricia Mitev. I purchased a dermaplaning service via Groupon and had a confirmed appointment over the phone, yet she refuses to honor it because she "wants to prioritize her premium clients" instead. This is the exact sentence she used.

Bad luck, I work for a very well known skincare group, live close to her location and could have become a loyal client after a first try at her medspa.

I had an amazing experience getting a HydraFacial from Patricia. She is the absolute best! First of all, the location is so convenient, just a short walk from my place in Brickell. Patricia is an absolute gem - she puts so much care and attention into her work. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The facial itself was beyond relaxing. Online booking is super easy, the location is very convenient with parking validation, and it is always very clean. I have been 3 times, and Patricia is always very friendly and accommodating – I use a wheelchair and she helps me get on and off the table, and works around my limitations during treatment. I've had great results so far (she has the Candela Gentle YAG laser) and I'm booked for 3 more treatments at least.
