First and foremost, La's ability to provide concise cues during the classes is truly remarkable. Her clear and precise instructions make it easy for all participants to understand and execute the exercises correctly. I would also like to add what an amazing instructor Kathleen Fernandez is. She truly has a passionate and bubbly personality. She has a remarkable ability to motivate her students, pushing us to work hard and achieve our fitness goals. She also pays close attention to each student, ensuring that we perform the moves with the right alignment and posture to prevent any potential injuries. Updated review - the studio contacted me to cancel after understanding that I had provided proof of my injury and was pregnant. Nonetheless the experience left me feeling underwhelmed and I would only go here on a class by class basis. Best not engage in a contract.

The classes are good. However, This review is to express dissatisfaction with how the termination has been handled. Back in December I suffered an injury and requested to cancel. I was offered to freeze, I then learned I was expecting and then the pandemic occurred. I was contacted earlier this week to ask me if I wanted to continue to freeze my account which I said sure since I am pregnant and not willing to expose myself to possibly catch covid-19 and my injury has not fully healed. I was told that to continue to freeze I would have to pay a fee so I asked them to cancel and was told I could not cancel without unfreezing and paying for another month of service which I am unable to use being that I’m pregnant and injured. The way this is being handled is pay me or pay me. And that’s just bad business and bad customer service. I would think twice before entering into a business relationship with this club. We are living in times of unemployment and a pandemic and that’s the type of customer service that is offered. I am beyond upset. Seriously! Don’t ever sign a contract with club Pilates they only care about money. They do not care about their customers. Once I have my baby and heal I will seek physical training from a different company because this is not how you treat a customer. Not to mention I have unused paid classes...

I recently visited this Pilates club and, unfortunately, my experience was less than positive. I arrived after the scheduled class time missing the warm up and their 5MIN courtesy window and I was surprised to be turned away without any flexibility or understanding even knowing how busy and messy the area is. While I completely respect policies, it would have been appreciated if there was more compassion, especially given the circumstances and that was several spots open in the class still. Additionally, I felt that the staff’s tone was really condescending, which made the situation feel even more frustrating. I had hoped for a welcoming environment, but this was not the case. It's important to remember that kindness and understanding can go a long way in customer service.
