From the moment you step in, you can feel a refreshing change of atmosphere—everything is modern, vibrant, and meticulously maintained. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best workout possible.

I’ve noticed team members cleaning every couple of hours (if not more often), which makes this easily one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. I had a deeply frustrating experience with Elev8ion Fitness in Midtown Miami that has left me thoroughly disappointed. My partner paid upfront for a year-long membership, only to later discover that the gym had been planning to move locations for months without any clear communication as to how inconvenienced customers could receive a refund. The gym was specifically picked for its original location. For over a month, we were told by staff that only a manager could discuss a potential refund, but despite visiting the gym daily, no manager was ever available. Calls went unanswered for over two months, forcing me to contact an alternate location just to get a manager's email address. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue via email, only after tagging several managers in the conversation did I receive any response. Ultimately, we were denied a refund due to the fine print in the contract, despite the lack of transparency and the immense inconvenience caused. There was no effort from the company to address the situation timely or provide customer care. Based on this experience, I would never consider paying upfront for a membership again, or ever join an Elev8ion again and I strongly advise others to be cautious of this company’s mismanagement of its clients.
