Because of the altitude simulation, the workouts become much more enhanced. The altitude aspect of the workout forces you to work out smarter, focus on your breathing, and gets your heart pumping.
The concept of the gym is great because it pushes you to new limits. I have taken a few classes already and absolutely love the challenge!
I also like that they have a coach going around the class during your entire workout. The way they have the classes set up and the small number of people in the classes, allows for the coach to get to your questions before, during, and after the workout. This is extremely important to me when working out at a gym because we can always improve ourselves and our workouts with an expert.

Read moreLove this studio, it's a cool concept. It’s one of my fav studios in Miami (I moved from NYC in Sep ‘22). Enough so that I trek from Brickell without a car of my own ;) Love the first free class. And especially love Airlab’s people - from the trainers to the front desk staff to the owner. Great trainers (Isa, Gio, etc) - they're all just nice, down to earth people who also happen to be really good at pushing you, challenging you and encouraging you. Love that they correct our form - so many studios only do that superficially if at all. And even though I only go once a week, I know I'm going to get a solid workout with Airlab (with varied exercises that change weekly) and that it’s helping to sculpt my body and make me stronger.
