This is a great jewelry store. I only came on here bc I want to save another couple from going through what we went through. My fiance had surprised me with a ring, and although I initially loved it I wanted to go ahead and make some changes to it. Unfortunately, their policy is strict bc they are wholesale. So there is NO flexibility. We had to go back in and offer to spend twice what we originally spent in order for them to honor any type of exchange (which we had only used this ONE day, we came back the day AFTER he proposed). They also didn’t have many engagement rings ready to try on. Instead I had to visualize every or any type of setting I wanted to try on in my mind, and so we did. Again, we had to pay for it full cost up front and then being handed a ring that I still am heart broken about. One of my biggest regrets is that my fiance chose this spot. He did amazing by doing his own work to find me an engagement ring, but the sour taste in my mouth of this purchase hits me everytime I look down at my ring. I feel so bad for my fiance and my heart breaks everytime I look at my ring. I wear it mostly sideways or backward to keep the guilt from getting to me. Unfortunately, it’s all business. Wish we could have gone with anyone else who didn’t have such a policy. If you are a woman who is unsure what type of ring you want, PLEASE go ring shopping anywhere else, where they have a flexible return policy.

I want to note that Jordan was great with customer service. But their strict policy makes me want to cry everytime I see my ring. I will also have this for many years to come as I can’t ask my fiance for any other ring. I almost feel obligated to work and pay him back from my sadness and guilt. Pre-covid I was planning on proposing to my gf and after spending countless hours at different jewelry stores not satisfied with the quality or the price. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan a few times this past year - first for my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands, then in helping a friend in getting a tennis bracelet for his wife's birthday, and most recently on a new diamond band for my wife as we soon welcome our first child. For my wife's engagement ring, we were searching for a marquise diamond with a very specific size/color/clarity/symmetry (not easy to find, given the marquise cut is not the most popular cut today) - Jordan found exactly what we wanted within 24 hours, which speaks to his close connections with many diamond suppliers and ability to deliver on customer requests on short notice. I did a lot of price research before shopping, and the initial price he gave me was spot on, which allowed us to avoid the hassle/frustration of all the haggling that happens all too often with jewelry shopping.
