I do not advise anyone to shop here from out of town. My boyfriend and I was visiting Miami so went to here to get some jewlery. We purchased ear rings, a necklace (that would be ordered and sent to us), and my boyfriend put 700$ down on an expensive piece he wanted. After leaving the shop he called Alex to he told him he changed his mind about the expensive piece, Alex said he could use that $ toward something else he wanted. Well the necklace that was supposed to be shipped took almost 2 months and when we finally received it they sent us the wrong one. It’s been almost a year and after contacting him many times and even talking to him on the phone he stated that he was busy with opening the new shop and he would contact me months went by and he never contacted me. Now Alex is acting like he knows nothing about the 700$ that was put down over a year even tho I have all the tickets that he wrote for the necklace that was shipped and the $700 that was put down. He said “we are even love” even after sending him pictures of the tickets. So we are out 700 and no jewelry. He will pull one over on you and not think twice. That is theft...

It was ok. The main issue was the watch was supposed to be a ref. 16014 with a fluted bezel, what I received was a ref. 16030 with a fluted bezel. The 16030 did not have a fluted bezel it should have had a machine(engine)turned bezel. I was able to source the appropriate bezel online. The fluted bezel that I got on it was also aftermarket and not listed as such, it was also not white gold which it should have been. The watch runs ok, being from 1984 I’m getting about 21 hours of reserve. The bracelet is legit and dates match the watch within Rolex standards however, the link screws are seized and the heads are slightly stripped and cannot be removed. The crystal was sapphire (disclosed in the listing )and seemed decent quality but it was a “tall” crystal and the crystal and gasket extended too far over the bezel which looked strange. I knew it was nothing that could be done but I just have to share experience I spent 14,000 on a charm it's was supposed to be 14krt today I found out is was 10krt so I got lied to and over charged I suggest anyone who has got a charm made in the last 5-6 years from them go check your stuff and make sure you got what you really paid for, it was really nothing I could do about it because I found out so late but I'm just trying to help that this doesn't happen to anyone else and that you really get what you guys pay for, and just so you know it no time limit on going to get your jewelry appraised, and you can get that done at anytime after you get your gold or acquire enough jewelry that you feel like you want to get it appraised and I just so happen to get my jewelry appraised years later because of how gold is so high now, and that’s how I found out...
