Diamond Club Miami — Local services in Miami

I went to Seybold building to look for a specific luxury watch and I came to see the exhibition of Diamond Club. I saw the watch that I was interested in and took a picture with my phone.

Instantly, someone from inside the store - my guess, it was the owner - came out and asked me why I took a picture. I explained I was looking for the best deal in that model. He told me to erase the picture right away and he asked me to whom I was going to send that picture. He had a very arrogant attitude and he was kind of trying to intimidate me.

I turned away and I bought the watch from another store across the hall. The staff at this other store was extremely friendly. They never told me anything before for taking pictures of the watches I was interested in.

I understand that some luxury watches have a serial number and pictures are not allowed from a CLOSE distance but I can not understand why I could not take a pic of a watch from outside the storefront. The was no signage anywhere indicating that pictures were not allowed.

I do not recommend Diamond Club Miami. Their customer service is very poor. You can buy luxury jewelry in many other places around, but definitely stay away...
