Terrible experience, my therapist tried to put music on YouTube several times and ads came, and she was frustrated and complaining, while giving me a very poor quality massage, for moments, I wanted the massage to be over. When she asked how the massage was, I nicely told her that I didn't enjoy it and explained to her that if she didn't want ads in YouTube, a subscription has to be paid, and to keep that into consideration for future clients, that we pay to relax and not to listen the therapist complaining. The person charging for the massage was more interested in taking the credit card out of my hand than from knowing what happened and didn't offer any compensation or discount. I really don't like to write bad reviews, but I had high expectations with this place given all the 5 star reviews and this was very disappointing. Definitely won't recommend...

I booked a facial and massage for my friend’s birthday and I was so pleased with everything. We didn’t even get to sit in the adorable waiting area because within a minute of walking in, we were greeted and put in our room. They offered us water and wine. I can’t give a wine review because we decided on just water lol. My massage and facial were with Soraida (I hope I’m spelling it right) and I LOVED the way she massaged my upper back and neck. I have rheumatoid arthritis and get a lot of inflammation and discomfort in that area and I honestly feel so relaxed even hours later. While doing the facial, she would ask if I was experiencing any discomfort from the products and she gave me great advice on what acids to use for my chin acne and for the overall health of my skin. The first time I visited this place was absolutely magical. The energy you feel as soon as you step into the spa is gold. A mix of peace, love, and joy! But when you feel the healing power of Natalia's gifted hands over your body to help you reach your best comfort level, it's simply heaven. It took me more than 10 minutes to come back to Earth and realize my session with her had ended. Of course, always wanting to go back to get more of her amazing treatments and sweetness.
