Sales representative make you feel very unwelcome.. They seem superior to you. No wonder why the store is always empty. I went there few months ago to exchange a gift, and I felt unwelcome. The woman barely wanted to answer any of my questions. When time came for me to finally exchange my gift with something else, the sales woman told me I couldn’t because I didn’t have the credit card of the person who bought it. Wait what ? That is the whole purpose of gift receipt, to not need the credit card. I had the copy of the gift receipt and my name was on it..This woman clearly didn’t understand how the gift card worked.. Not sure if it had something to do with the fact that I was the only African American customer in the store or because I decided to "dress down" and wear some jeans and a ball cap today. Even customers who walked in after me were greeted and offered assistance.
