SIMPLY AMAZING!! As a business owner of fifteen years customer service is very important for a successful business, that being said, I thought I had customer service down packed until I walked into The Bead District. I actually learned from them. I was absolutely blown away at how I was greeted when I walked in, the helpful knowledge of different stones and most importantly how happy I felt when I left... it’s been approximately 6 years since I first stepped foot in The Bead District and I have been going back ever since and I will continue supporting...

They have AMAZING customer service here! I visited Miami on a mission to find pearls and gems and let me tell you, THIS SHOP is BY FAR the best. I was greeted with kindness and a warm welcome and made to feel so comfortable. I got treated indifferently at many other bead ships I went to but not this one. The owners are super friendly and people persons! They were helpful and friendly and made me and my 3 children laugh so much! My 4 year old son was kinda impatient as I shop but the owners were super patient! I 110%...

I went there for the first time today to restring a necklace and to add on a pendent. The owner patiently listened to my request and gave me suggestions. He was very kind and accommodating. The store offers great selections and they are very reasonably priced. Their turnaround time is also swift. I am so glad I found this store.
