Please read reviews before considering shopping here, I wish I had. Disrespectful employees, damaged clothes, waste of money. I purchased a skirt then less than a week after, when I was planning to wear it, I noticed it had a small hole. The next day I went to return it thinking that although I didn't keep the receipt there wouldn't be an issue since I didn't remove the tag or wear it. Instead, one of the employees I was talking to pointed to the return policy sign (small sign leaning on a corner behind the counter) while telling her coworker "you see, that's why we have to put up a bigger sign because they don't read it." I commented, my bad for not seeing the sign and trusting this business. Then she said, "I don't think it's damaged, it's not even a big deal, just take it to get it fixed!" Note the contradiction. I told her it was not good business to sell expensive damaged items to customers then not being flexible with their return policy. She answered "how do I know it wasn't you who damaged it." Wow!!! By then another customer had approached the counter. The employee turned to her complaining "what's the point of having a sign if people don't look at it." I then asked, why are you getting her involved when the issue is with me? Then I asked if I could speak to a manager or owner. She said it was their day off and she wasn't going to call. She said she wasn't going to give me store credit either because I didn't have the receipt. I told her that her coworker standing next to her was the one who rung me up last week and didn't mention the return policy. She said that didn't matter because the policy was clear and the sign was there. She suggested I come back another day when the owner is available. I explained I wasn't going to drive all the way back again to get the same answer. By then, I accepted that this employee is inept and she wasn't going to offer anything else but rude comments so I decided to leave. Do not shop here!!! I received a Xmas present from this store, which unfortunately none of it fit. I drove to the store (45 mins away) on Jan. 21st at 1:30pm and the doors were locked, not open as advertised. I went back yesterday Feb. 3rd the doors were locked again. As I was walking away a man walks up and unlocks the door. He rudely tells me if this is a Xmas present you’re too late, our policy is 10 days for a return. I explain the circumstances... I didn’t know the return policy, it was a gift, I don’t live near by and I tried to come within 30 days but you were closed when you were supposed to be open, and reminded him were in a global pandemic. I rarely leave my house and this was a stretch. I ask him what are my options. He said “I don’t care what you do with the clothes, I am not taking it.” He then says “you people know, everyone was told” I asked who is “you people”? Your clients? Your customers? The people that keep the store running basically? I asked him to please be lenient considering all the circumstances I listed, he says “not my problem”. Now I’m stuck with $591 worth of clothes I will never wear. If this is how they treat their customers, no one should be giving them business. If I could give negative stars I would. This store has a ridiculous return policy and is the most anti customer friendly store I have ever shopped at. I bought a dress as a gift. It was never worn or even tried on. The person that I bought for just didn’t like it. I came back to return it 6 days later. It was a distressed fabric so it had imperfections in the material. The person working there wasn’t going to accept the return at first because of the imperfections in the fabric when I insisted that they take it back they finally compared it to another dress in stock and realized that I didn’t damage it. They finally agreed to accept the return but explained that all items have to be returned in 7 days and that they only issue store credits and no refunds.
