I was in the market to find a specific diamond for my fiancee's engagement ring. The quality and experience they showed was superb! With that being said, I am so grateful to have made the decision to involve Ari Diamonds in a most important part of my life. The owner Panna Goott treated me like I was her only client and personally helped me pick out my diamond over emails! The diamond I had selected was shipped over from India by her relative (who she had asked to examine its color before hand.) It illuminated with such vibrance, it was beyond perfect. When I picked up the diamond I felt like family. I was able to look at the stones' cert number through a microscope. Best part I was able to propose in maui to my girlfriend a week later. This place offers nothing but 5 stars all around! Mana and Jack are the most fantastic people to work with. They understand what you want and create it. I have had many things done here from the reconstruction of my grandmothers ring, custom necklaces, custom rings, ering, wedding band, etc. If you are looking for a place to find ur future brides ering or jewlery for the Mrs. this is the place to go. Nothing but quality! Quality quality! Even if it is just normal jewlery they can make anything you want and i honestly trust them whole hartedly. Unlike many other stores where you walk in and sales people just hover at you and treat you like any other customer, at Ari’s you are greeted by name, smiles and an overall warm welcome. We have been searching for the perfect ring. Have shopped so many jewelry stores each with a different experience. We could not find the right fit in ring style or customer service. Then by chance happened to Ari. What a blessing and what a wonderful experience with the customer service. More important they were willing to listen and care about the ring we were looking for and finally were able to create the most beautiful piece I could have ever hoped or wished for.
