Repair was pretty fast - I had a cracked screen repaired. I'm just a little upset because I bought a screen protector from them and had it installed by them, and it only lasted a few weeks, then it started to bubble and peel off to the point that I had to remove it. The guy that put it on told me if it had any problems to bring it back in, and they would take care of me. I went back in, hoping they would replace it for free because that was the impression I was given, but I was charged again for a screen protector, and the guy said that the reason it may not have adhere right was because it had a protector on it that wasn't taken off when they put the 1st screen protector on. All in all, they should have fixed it for free, especially after we found an extra screen on it that may have...

These guys are great. Specifically, Jonathan at The Fort Union location in Midvale. I had a problem with trying to perform speech to text on the T-Mobile system after their most recent update. What would print out was never anything close to what came out of my mouth. I went in to 2 different T-Mobile stores seeking assistance. Both times, they were of no help with the technical aspects of my phone. It appears that they are only sales people. The good thing is that 1 of the managers sent me to CPR cell phone repair. Jonathan was able to quickly figure out my problem and get it corrected. And took the time to teach me what I needed to do differently. This review was performed with voice to text and it's working great. It's time I need any help on my cell phone, i will be coming...

I was extremely happy with their service! I took in my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a cracked screen, and they replaced it with a brand-new genuine screen. They mentioned using authorized tools and OEM parts for repairs—and it showed. When I got my phone back, it looked flawless—you’d never know it had been damaged. Everything worked perfectly: the front camera, fingerprint sensor, touch responsiveness, and no dead pixels. Absolutely perfect!
