Salad and Go — Restaurant in Del City

From out of town for work and needed some healthy food to keep from gaining weight indulging in fast or rich breakfast lunches and dinners. Chose this place because of reviews and the Cobb salad... assuming you enjoy salads with some protein YOU CANT GO WRONG HERE!! I had the Cobb one night and was so happy about the quality I went back next day and got a wrap.. I had a taste for a burrito and hot the jalapeño wrap with steak. Call it want u will bit it wa a good burrito...no fat on the steak very fresh vegetables and get the dressing on the side. 1.50 iced tea? Can't beat that. And don't worry....this place doesn't jack the prices because it's healthy. My Cobb was 7.75. Being from Chicago....same salad 15-20.00

I will vibe back Salad and Go. ...and why the name? Order online it's easy and allows for add ons and all kinds of substitutions, pay online and go thru the drive thru!!

I've been standing outside in the heat for 5 minutes and have rung the bell 3 times to pick up my mobile order. Nobody has even acknowledged me. The app won't let me cancel the order and get a refund.

I pre-ordered this an hour prior to be ready by 3:30. But they wanted to get the ENTIRE drive thru line where people are in their cars with AC and not in the heat gone before just handing me a bag.

I understand being understaffed and feeling rushed. Ive worked in fast food service so I get it. If there was so much as a "be right with you!" It wouldn't be so frustrating. It was that nobody so much as glanced at the window. I didn't want to be annoying but there was no way for me to tell if the bell even worked from lack of acknowledgment. And that it takes about 2 seconds to throw something in a bag and hand it to someone, but they made the choice to clear the drive thru - three of which arrived after I got...

Every bit as good as the locations in Phoenix, where Salad And Go has become my favorite.

Strongly recommend the Roasted Autumn salad. And the frozen strawberry lemonade is sooo good on a hot day. And the cold brew, for the price, is unbeatable, especially with a ton of oatmilk.

If you haven’t checked this place out yet, it’s got great salads, prepared very very quickly, and for surprisingly affordable prices.

I’m sad to drive away and leave this place behind! Come out east, pretty please?

EDIT: I almost forgot to mention how much I love breakfast here! The breakfast burritos are just super. My favorite is the Fiesta; since I don’t eat turkey, I substitute it with an extra scoop of egg.

One more thing: everything is fully customizable, and they have a super convenient app you can use to make sure you get exactly what you want.
