The Pub in Gahanna — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

The Pub is a great place to go if you or a loved one have a drinking problem and are tired of being cut off at other bars. Not only do they have GREAT prices, but they also do not cut people off regardless of how intoxicated they become so you can drink as much as you want provided you have the money. They are even kind enough to allow you to drive yourself home in that state and will serve you the next day no questions asked. Overall 10/10 bar, but 0/10 if you are a family member of one of its patrons.

The Hank Newman special salad is really good. The salad comes already dressed with what tastes like a house made Italian dressing. It's covered in ham, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and pickled veggies - carrots, 2 types of olives, celery, peppers, pepperoncini, etc. It was really delicious.

I wish I could say the same for the pizza. The best thing about it was that it was piping hot. The crust is crunchy but tastes like flour. The cheese is greasy and flavorless. The pepperoni was ok. The mushrooms were mediocre. The least enjoyable part, to me, is the taste of fried Italian herbs.

We brought almost the entire pizza home, hoping it will be better cold.

Gf and I were picking up people from the Columbus airport and had some time to kill so we found this place and went in. We were both surprised with the large beer and spirits selection. The mixed drinks were nice and thick and the beer was ice cold. Our bartender was fantastic, she was quick with the comebacks from me being the jokester that I am. There is a food restaurant in the same building with great food. My gf got some kind of salad which was hugh (that's what she said) and according to her very good.
