Pathetic pathetic pathetic , disgusting service. Please! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME AT THIS STORE. I bought 5 things for $12 and they gave me everything in a small bag. I loved that, but when I went for the second time, I decided to buy 5 things again for $12 but then they asked $1 extra for the bag as NOW , somehow, they thought it’s unfair for other customers if I can have another bag. I tried to explain that it is another order and I’m paying full and it is an another order, but those rude people were not understanding the basic thing. They let me put my stuff in the store and made me leave the store as giving me stuff in a bag is now hurting them.

If it was a policy to charge for the bag, I would have no issues, but they brought up this policy only with my another purchase. Bottom line is that, if you are buying more things and becoming a regular customer, you will be...

I wish I could give zero stars. They have terrible staff. So rude. They forgot to follow their steps and so I couldn’t get my reciept and they made me wait an hour for that receipt. After an hour wait when I asked them to expedite the process they asked me to wait another 30mins. Just to return a tiny piece of jewelry I had to wait 1.5 hours. They were throwing tantrums at the counter while trying to resolve the issue and they were so upset and rude to me that I was asking for my receipt. They were so distracted throughout the process. terrible experience with the staff at this store. One particular employee was extremely rude, lacking basic manners, etiquette, and professionalism. Accusing a customer of shoplifting and conducting a public search, even when nothing was found, without so much as an apology afterward is completely unethical. When asked to apologize, this staff member not only refused but escalated the situation by using abusive language. Such behavior is unacceptable, and this employee either needs to be dismissed or given serious training on how to treat customers with respect. Will never go into the...
