Really disappointed with the way this salon handles things. I made my balayage appointment 3 months ago for a late July date so it would be good to go for attending my brother’s wedding in August. A balayage takes quite a while to do and it’s a little ways out of town for me but this place was recommended by a family member so I took off work and planned to travel and spend the day there. Then a week before the appointment, I received a form email and text message saying my appointment was canceled. At first I thought it might have been a mistake so I attempted to follow the links, but it confirmed that my appt was no longer there. I tried to email anthem from their main website and I attempted emailing a response directly to the cancellation to ask what had happened. At no time did I receive a response from this company. There is also no phone number to talk to a person. That left me trying to scramble and find a replacement salon close to home that had an opening for an appointment 3 weeks before this wedding. No matter how good any individual stylist is, if they and/or their company can’t behave in a professional manner, it’s not worth the trouble to go there. It’s not that this was an emergency, but it was an additional stressor when I thought everything was handled. This was my first time getting my hair professionally done. I did a lot of research and I chose Daniela as my stylist after seeing her work on instagram. I scheduled a balayage and a haircut. I gave Daniela a little history on my hair and she took all of it into consideration. We started with a major haircut because I had been growing my hair out from my last at home hair dye job in 2018. There was a harsh line where my natural hair was growing in. She used a lightener to remove my at home dye job. Afterwards she cut a small piece of the color removed hair to test the integrity of it with the bleach. My hair was not ready for a balayage at this appointment. Daniela was really honest with me about it, but she had a plan B. We went forward and did a color correction and she matched the color of my natural hair color and dyed it all one uniform color. I never expected such great results. A balayage is not something that can be safely accomplished in one session after at home dye jobs. It is a process and I cannot wait to have my next session with Daniela. She gave me advice on how to care for my hair during the next few months before our next appointment. Excellent experience. Brooke and her team are very profesional. I had the experience to have my hair done by Brooke and she made an authentic and well done balayage on my hair (trust me , I’m very picky about balayage and I know when is not one). My money was finally well invested since I had visited two salons in the last couple years in the cities.

Brooke like to ask and get as much details as possible about what you want which is perfect and means that she is trying to get what you want.

Excellent customer service, I felt good about my interaction with the team, everybody was very kind and humble and highly recommend this place.
