I have been to The Armory on a couple of different occasions with mixed results, but my last trip on Black Friday was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. So, what happened you ask...

I purchased two balcony seats to see Yung Gravy / Gravyfest. Normally I do floor seating / standing, but with my health being what it is now and not able to stand I purchased balcony seats for the show and was extremely dissatisfied.

To start the image on TicketMaster led me to believe I would be sitting in an actual seat one row up from the balcony. However upon arrival not only did we not have a seat like was pictured, but we were in barstool seating. Had I known I would never have purchased barstool seating as I have back and other health issues which are aggravated by seats like these.

Also, the attendants were not watching who they let up on the Balcony level, so when I arrived at my seats there were three gentleman standing behind another group just down the way. While none had wristbands for balcony, that was not really my issue. What I did take offense to was they were using the counter space immediately in front of my 19 year old daughter for their unattended alcoholic beverages. While I know you can't control every attendee, I felt like this was unacceptable.

Now for the worst part... the seats had an obstructed view with one of the support beams blocking dead center of the stage. Again, this was not mentioned in the description nor was it pictured.

I paid a premium for these seats and was so disappointed that my daughter and I left less than an hour into the show. Yes, I could have gone down and watched the show from the floor, but due to the afore-mentioned health issues I really could not without causing myself great pains.

I attend concerts quite regularly and as stated previously I have been to the Armory a few times with mixed experiences, but I felt like the seats and the obstructed view was unacceptable and downright false advertising.

I am sad that I had to miss BBNO$ and Yung Gravy. Unfortunately, there will be no way of getting that experience back. I did contact the venue a couple days after the concert and gave them ample time to respond. Aside from a generic response stating they would escalate my concern to a supervisor, I've heard...

I recently had the pleasure of attending two concerts at The Armory in Minneapolis, one featuring Lewis Capaldi and the other, Lauv. I absolutely loved my experiences at this historic venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic night out. The Armory never fails to deliver a unique and memorable experience for every show, making it a must-visit destination for music lovers.

The venue itself has an incredible ambiance, combining its rich history with modern amenities. The sound and lighting systems are top-notch, ensuring an immersive concert experience. However, one minor drawback is the lines at the beginning of the show, which could be moved along faster. That being said, this issue is quickly forgotten once the show begins and the magic unfolds.

During the performances, I was delighted to find that the food and drink service was incredibly quick and efficient. The Armory offers a diverse selection of refreshments, making it easy to grab a bite or a beverage without missing any part of the show. The staff members are attentive and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience.

Another standout feature of The Armory is the seating arrangements. Whether you choose to sit in the balcony or opt for standing room on the main floor, you'll have an excellent view of the stage. The thoughtful design ensures that every guest can fully enjoy the show, regardless of where they are seated.

I have thoroughly enjoyed both concerts I've attended at The Armory, and I am eagerly looking forward to seeing more artists perform in the future. This venue truly offers an unparalleled experience, from the high-quality sound and lighting to the fantastic seating options and efficient food and drink service. If you have the opportunity to catch a show at The Armory, don't hesitate – it's an experience you won't...

We got “free” tickets to the TNA impact show. We drove over an hour with an excited 7 year old, grabbed our tickets from the company that TNA was promoting at and raced right in. Immediately when I showed a women named Angelia the tickets she said you are not getting in with those. And I asked her why as they said general admission, admit 1 complementary ticket on each ticket. She just yelled and said you are not getting in. She told me I could try but it won’t work. So I walked up to security to see if they could explain and Angelia started to yell at me saying I was uncompliant and I could deal with this issues at the box office. So I walked over the box office to ask, the man started off nice until Angelia came over still yelling saying she talked to me and I am being difficult, when she was the one who told me to come over here to figure out what was going on. The man than became short and rude but was at least able to form complete sentences and showed me the fine print that we missed that stated redeemable while supplies last. Clearly our mistake, I just don’t understand why she couldn’t have calmly explained that. She stated that she was the manager. I am shocked that they would have someone who is unable to explain a misunderstanding and be composed instead of throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old getting everyone worked up. I would have been embarrassed if my 7 year old acted like this, but this middle age women who is claiming she is in charge? I have worked in the medical field for 10 years and the service industry for 15, and if I ever treated anyone the way this women treated my group, I would not have a job at either place. Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a trend in in the last year to mistreat their goers. I would think twice before going to this venue. Very...
