Chico's — Local services in Miramar Beach

Walked in there on Wednesday afternoon to purchase some items. There were at least 3 or 4 sales people present in the store. Not one of them spoke to me let alone even looked at me to acknowledge my presence in the store. No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance - nothing! I had an armful of clothes to try on, stood by the fitting rooms for awhile then finally let myself into a room. I was so annoyed I finally left without purchasing the items I wanted. Couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to check me out! The sales associates were just too busy talking to each other about the stuff they purchased with their discount! Needless to saw, I took my business elsewhere....

My friend wanted to shop; knew she’d be in the store for a bit. There were three of us. No other customers; about 5:00 pm. Two of us just browsing. The two sales clerks followed us so closely, like we were shoplifters, one friend just sat down. I refused, I was all over that store, picking up items, looking at jewelry; each time a clerk was right after me. Did the same to our friend who was trying on items and actually had them place an order for her. Roll your cameras, ladies, we weren’t there to shoplift. I was so tempted to open up my bag for them before leaving and make them look inside. Y’all need to calm down, or look up the word “welcoming” in...

Been buying clothes at Chico's for years. They have casual to dressy clothing. Unique items not like anyone else. For age ranges of young in the 20s up to the 80s. Always get great personal customer service at the store. Keep your receipts if you want to return they are very accommodating. Look for a special sale racks always in the store. There is sizes are numbers from double 0 up to 4. Always best to try on everything before you buy. Material is quality material in all of their items. Love love...
