I was downtown at an event and wanted to get a smoothie. I didn’t want smoothie king so I decided to search the area if there was a place that does smoothies. I wanted to try a place I’ve never been before. On my first search I found Ginger & Spice. I took a look at the smoothie menu and had an idea of what I wanted. I decided to make my way over to Ginger & Spice. The place is located on Dauphin Street. It’s in like an alleyway with other stores next to it. When I got there I totally went past the menu and waited for the person at the cashier. She greeted me and I asked what kind of smoothies they had. She pointed to the menu and I felt a little silly. I looked at the menu. From my earlier search I knew I wanted the Mansa Musa. I ordered it and added ginger. It didn’t take long for my smoothie to be ready. The smoothie looked really good. I recently learned that Ginger & Spice used to have their own storefront and offered a full food menu, but they’ve since transitioned into focusing solely on their juices only. While I do miss their amazing food, I love that I can still grab their juices exclusively at Great Day Latte. Now you can experience good vibes, great coffee, and now, the best cold-pressed juice in the city all in one spot!

It's a very tiny little shop. A lot of people still don't know about it. They have more options now, at the beginning, they only had the fresh juice. The smoothie bowls are great and everything is freshly made and taste really fresh as well. The prices are reasonable, considering that it's made to order.
