I love Lunablu! You have to make an appointment to drop off clothing beforehand; it takes about a week for whatever is not taken to be returned to you. I prefer to sell here because she purchases the clothing outright for cash or credit, no consignment. The prices are on the high side for vintage shops, but the owner has her own aesthetic. There are a lot of boho pieces. I have gotten some insanely unique items here from smaller niche European brands I was not even familiar with. Now the store features cool pottery and home goods, in addition to clothing, shoes, and accessories. It also has a new corner for children’s toys and decor. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the service. They don’t bother you and nobody has been rude to me, quite the contrary. I also experienced really relaxed but attentive customer service. I tried things on twice and my 6-year-old sat in the chair outside the dressing room. Never did I feel unwelcomed or rushed like another reviewer said. I'm a size medium/large, and I found lots that fit me. I know plus-size is hard to find vintage/second-hand, so there wasn't a lot, but it definitely seemed like they made an effort to get a variety of sizes.
