Where do I start with this place? My first experience started when I tried their Boba for the first time when they had their mobile truck parked at the gas station. The guy working there I believe heās the owner doesnāt know much about Boba drinks. I asked for a recommendation and he asked me what I like. He told me he would make me something special so I assumed he had something good to offer. The drink itself was extremely sweet. The Boba was hard and stale probably old and not fresh at all. And to top it off, he does this little trick with a lighter by putting flames on the top of your drink, which is highly toxic and something you would see in a restaurant trying to mimic flombeā. So I then tried a drink at his new location off Tyler Street. Haha wow. Ah well it seems that youāre able to see why these drinks donāt taste as good based on the cleanliness of his workstation not to mention heās handling the cash and making the drinks. Where are your employees? I never saw him wash his hands once. Save yourself a trip and go to Tazo tea instead off Alverado st. They make fresh Boba daily and often sell out quickly so I advise you go early or just before school is let out as itās a popular after school spot for the high school/middle school kids. Anyways Bobbalicious is the name but should be more like Bobbadisgusting. And the place looks more like a hangout spot/day care than a Boba shop with toys for little kids and theyāre playing Punjabi videos which I find highly offensive being that I have no idea what the language is nor do I care to watch people dancing around in explicit costumes while Iām waiting for my poorly made Boba drink. Hey but thatās just my opinion and trust me when I say. Iāve been to authentic Bobba places in San Jose/ San Francisco/ Los Angeles/New York/ Hawaii where they know their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my family had visited this place recently and the overall experience was horrible- I do not recommend going here unfortunately. We had ordered 5 drinks - 3 of which were Thai teas that all tasted very bland and tasted as if the tea itself been sitting for a while and you could taste a bit of soap or cleaner residue. The other two drinks we ordered were fruit teas and they were very much disappointing - both of the drinks tasted like heavily perfumed soap and the popping boba was hard as if it was dried out. It was such a shame - all of the drinks could not be finished and it felt like such a waste as they were fairly expensive. Not to mention the wait was horrible - there was only two customers in front of us each with smaller orders and it took almost an hour for us to receive our order. The customer service was also sub-par the girl helping us was rude and they just seemed unorganized. I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently discovered Bobalicious & Bites, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for boba. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and a friendly smile from the owner, who goes above and beyond to make every visit special.
One of the standout aspects of Bobalicious & Bites is the exceptional service. The owner always offers a sample of your drink before it's finished to ensure it's exactly to your liking. This personal touch truly sets this shop apart and makes you feel valued as a customer.
The boba itself is consistently top-notch. The tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy, and the variety of flavors and drink combinations keeps me coming back for more. Whether you're a boba aficionado or new to the world of bubble tea, Bobalicious & Bites is sure to impress.
In short, if you're looking for a boba shop that combines excellent service with delicious drinks, look no further than Bobalicious & Bites. Highly...
