Same as another person here mentions. Management has no idea what does "Good Customer Service" means. I've made a reservation and they asked me my CC for reservation. About a week in advance from my reservation date I called and cancelled my appointment.

This was 3 years ago!!! Since then every January they are putting an automatic charge to my CC. I told them three times already, once in 2014, 2015 and now 2016 to STOP CHARGING MY CARD and take my name off their list.

Seems NOT worked so far! Easiest solution to this I guess I have to get a new CC and cancel my current one!

I have a monthly membership with massage envy, which means I have prepaid massage credits always stored up. This store said I made an appointment and then charged me 2 hrs off my account for an appointment I didn't make and don't show up for. The appointment I didn't make was apparently for 1.5hrs but I was charged 2 hrs for the appointment. Not I'm out $130 for a massage I didn't even get. I know I didn't make the mistake of making a massage and forgetting because I have a full time job, go to school full time and have kids. It takes a lot of pre planning to have time to get a massage.
