TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Went here for a watch battery replacement after they opened, but the door was still locked. There was a lady inside who saw me, acknowledged me, and then went into the back office, presumably to get someone else, leaving me standing outside for several minutes, so I left. Would it have been too much trouble to open the door to let a customer wait inside, or better yet, be open and available for customers during the times you advertise?
Very sketchy business practice and poor customer service. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
The business may respond to this with an excuse as to why they did what they did - it doesn’t matter. There is no excuse. Customers should not be treated this way, and customers that value their time should take their business to one of the many other better and more reputable watch repair shops...
Read moreI had a little wooden wall clock repaired that was special to me, and I'm sure, worthless to anyone else. The McPeeks went above and beyond, like a company would do in the old days. (Sadly, young people don't know what true customer service is.) Not only did they fix the clock, but they cleaned up the insides, polished up all the wood, put rubber stoppers on the back, repaired the hook for hanging and replaced missing screws. I recommend them for any of your timepiece needs. Ps...they have e great silver vintage jewelry for great great prices. I have an old mantel dome clock that I'll be bringing into them. Read moreI had some scrap gold and a really nice gold and diamond ring I was looking to sell I did end up selling my scrap gold to them but not the ring they offered me way less then even the pawn shop did for the ring and I wish I sold the rest of my gold to someone else. They deal in pennyweights not grams witch is tricky if you are not familiar with it. Bottom like I got way less then I should have....
