The store is beautiful, i was really looking forward to seeing all the stuff there.. until i got racially profiled by one of the staff. He even came out of his way to come out of the shop and make “small talk” as he looked at us in a degrading way acting like he was throwing away a piece of wrapping paper. He left the shop unattended while he was insinuating that we took something just by the way he was looking at us. Mind you, there was 2 other couples there, White couples and he never once went up to them in the duration of us being in the store. As a Mexican American, this was so disappointing, especially when the guy was mexican. I wanted to appreciate the beautiful artistry with my boyfriend since he’s from mexico and we both enjoy art but couldn’t because of this. I will never give this place the time a day or my money. Horrible experience. They really need to step up their training because if this is how they are trained, what a horrible way to keep a business, coming from someone that is a manager at a restaurant i would never treat my customers like this. The customer service and beautiful pieces they offer has left me speechless. My wife and I, first discovered their store a little over a year ago. We purchase our first catrina and feel in love with the piece. We placed our beautiful catrina at our home, one solo piece wasn’t enough and left us wanting more. Following their social media account, staff will post new pieces that have arrived on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We quickly purchase a few more pieces and staff immediately shipped the item, safely and secure directly to our home.

Omgggg we fell in LOVE with super AMAZING pottery made by 6 Mexican families … EVERYTHING is BeautyFULL filled with fun vibrant vivacious colors and authentically captivating… I bought my mom a cross and we hung it in the kitchen lol I highly recommend buying the beautiful pieces here and I can’t wait to get back to Monterey to buy more beautiful works of art. The owners are SO sweet helpful professional kind and knowledgeable with great energy and marvelous vibes gracias...
