Love this store and was excited to go in, we were there on Monday 5/10 and there was an older guy working and was very rude Not inviting to the customers AT ALL !!! We walked out before we told him anything. He rudely reminded those who walked in to use the hand sanitizer which were large bottles at the front door, and on all the counters that couldn't be missed, when we walked in he asked us what we were looking for (DUH chocolate) he pointed for us to walk in one area for the candy or the other area if we wanted ice cream which was also very obvious But he was still very loud and very rude to make it a point that he was in charge ? I GUESS. all this while he was attending to another customer. Like I said we walked out because of him. Management needs to work on this, I mean I get it, its still because of Covid BUT you can be Nice about it, not a rude @#$h that makes...

The ice cream itself was amazing! And there was certainly more then enough in one cup! YUM. Although the customer service wasn’t good… we stood in line a very long time (I understand things get tense when it’s busy, but no need to be rude) when we got to the register there was a family with a young boy, who was rolling a train Christmas ornament across the counter. The employee YANKED the ornament from the boys hand and told him not to be playing with things that aren’t toys and “you break it, you buy it”… he went to put it back on the shelf. And the parents informed him that that was something they were bringing to the register to buy in the first place. How rude! Right after that, I payed with cash. He did not hand me back my change, instead, he handed it to my male fiancé??? Again. Rude! I was going to leave that change as a tip, but changed my mind after...
