Kirkland's Home — Local services in Montgomery Township

I think not a lot of people know how great Kirkland’s Home store is. I think their products and selection is better than any other decor store. They have such a wide selection of almost every decor you can think of. Pre Xmas décor shopping was so much fun since they have such beautiful items. Prices are so competitive to HomeSense, HomeGoods or any other store. The location is kind of hidden off of route 309 on the south bound side. It’s next to DSW and Hockey world. I rarely write reviews, but I had a bad experience at Kirkland's. I ordered a mirror in time for Christmas (by their rules). I did get a notice 8 days later that it shippped, but then no communication. It did not arrive for Christmas. It has still not arrived a month after I placed the order. No communication from the store or the warehouse. I called the warehouse and they said the store should have communicated with me. When I went to the store to inquire and complain, I got no apologies and a bit of attitude....

We visit a lot of Kirklands and often purchase things. The staff here is rude. Today there was a display of items with a sign saying 75% off. We took our purchases to the register and there were no employees and a line of customers at the register. Finally she came out from the back room. She told us the sign was in the wrong place.
