He explains everything that will be done to your property and any possible flaws it could cause. My gold citrine ring with a thin band was bent in on the side he fixed it within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. Stopped in today (15-Apr-'25) to have a new battery installed in my watch. Justin was behind the counter and was able to knock it out in 15min, which was just enough time for me to walk over to Boscov's and grab a few other things I needed.
